Your Nice or Life gate motor is factory tested before shipment and undergoes further testing in our workshop prior to despatch to ensure all systems work upon arrival to you.

Valid Warranty Requirements

Your warranty is valid only when:

Installation is performed by a competent, qualified professional experienced with these product.

Only OEM (original equipment manufacturer) accessories are used and connected to the system or control board and is installed correctly.

Non-qualified or DIY installers may still be covered under warranty provided they can demonstrate their installation was carried out reasonably and in accordance with factory guidelines and specifications. The burden of proof rests with the installer to provide documentation and evidence of compliant installation.
