Return & Refund Policy

Return window

You may return items within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer returns or refunds, except for faulty products.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, an item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Faulty items

If an item is faulty, contact us. We will inspect the item and at our discretion, repair or replace it.

Non‑returnable items

Special‑order or indent items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable unless they are faulty.

How to return

  • Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  • If approved, follow the return instructions we provide.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and the refund decision. If approved, where applicable we will credit your original payment method. Allow your payment provider time to post the refund.

Restocking fee and deductions

Approved returns incur a 15% restocking fee. We will also deduct any freight or shipping costs you paid, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Conditions that void refunds

    • Used, damaged or scratched items
    • Items not returned in original condition or packaging
    • Items installed by non qualified trades people

Late or missing refunds

  • Check your bank account first.
  • Then contact your card issuer — posting can take time.
  • Next contact your bank.
    If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us.

Sale items

Only regular‑priced items are refundable. Sale items are final.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non‑refundable. If we approve a refund, we will deduct return shipping unless the return results from our error or a defective item.

Shipping method and insurance

For high‑value returns, use a traceable service or buy insurance. We aren’t responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Packaging requirements

Return items must be in original packaging and adequately protected. We may deny refunds for items that arrive damaged or unsaleable.
