It’s the go-to choice for gates fixed to brick columns, block walls, or other non-standard mounting structures. The custom bracket design maximises movement efficiency and reduces strain on the gate motor and hinges, even in tight or offset installations.
This system runs on a 240V power supply, stepping down to 24V DC for safer, energy-efficient operation. Unlike traditional gate kits, the Armor 24V system makes wiring to the second post simple. There’s no need to cut concrete or trench cabling, saving time, hassle, and labour costs.
Engineered for light to medium-weight aluminium gates, the Armor Column Swing Gate Setup handles gate leaves up to 2 metres wide and 200kg. The motor performs reliably and runs quietly, even with frequent daily use. It offers a 120° maximum gate opening, providing excellent access for vehicles and pedestrians alike. Whether you’re securing a residential driveway or a light commercial site, this system covers your needs.
You can also customise the setup. If a standard power connection isn’t available, adapt the system to run on an external 24V AC transformer (sold separately). This gives you more flexibility for unique installation sites.
